BAKIRKÖY GÜRLEK-NAKİPOĞLU ANATOLIAN HIGHSCHOOL AGREEMENT OF POSTER COMPETITION ON CHEMISTRY AND      ENVIRONMENT

1-Students between the ages of 15-19 can join the competition.

2-Each student can join the competition with two works.

3-The works should not have been in a competition or an exhibition before.

4-The dimensions of the poster will be 50cmx70cm cm or 35cmx50cm and 300 DPİ and PSD and Aİ file

5-Students of Gürlek- Nakipoğlu Anatolian Highschool may not join the competition but can join the exhibition.

6-The works will not be returned to their owners after the exhibition. The works may be used as calenders, post cards or in school publications. They can also be sold in fund raising auctions for NGO’s “Works for street children”.

7-The works should be sent to gurleknakipogluafis@gmail.com by 3rd May 2013.

8-The winners will be announced on 10 th May 2013 on www.gurleknakipoglu.k12.tr.

9-An award ceremony will be held in Istanbul  on 31 st May 2013.

10-The student winner’s expenses for accommodation and food,  while in Istanbul for award ceremony,  will be funded by Gürlek-Nakipoğlu Analatolian Highschool.

11-  The school of the winner will organize a poster exhibition with all competition participant posters. (The date will be arranged with the schools after the competition). Also, the expenses for accommodation and food will be covered for five Turkish jury members during the exhibition in the winner’s country.

12-All schools and students that joined the competition are regarded as accepting the agreement.

It is necessary to fill in the form legibly and completely.

Both the student’s art teacher and his/her parents must sign the application form.
